By downloading, installing, or using Momentik (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Momentik is a productivity app for iOS that helps users make consistent progress on personal goals through micro-sessions, AI-powered task suggestions, progress tracking, streaks, widgets, and optional AI coaching.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use, subject to these Terms.
You may NOT: copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, sell, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Momentik offers a free tier and optional premium subscriptions:
Subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
You retain full ownership of all goals, tasks, session data, and content you create in the App. We do not claim any rights to your content.

AI-powered features (task suggestions, coaching messages) are provided for informational and motivational purposes only. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for your situation.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Productivity Disclaimer: Momentik is a tool to help you track and work toward goals. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed goals, or productivity losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
